- 2 big apples
- 3 lemons, peeled
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric or thumb-sized piece fresh root
- 200ml filtered water
- Juice the apples, lemons and turmeric root (if using).
- If using ground turmeric, briskly stir it into the juice.
- Add the water and pour into a glass.
- Simple as that! Very delicious and very, very good for you.
