Sunshine juice


A bottle of sunshine and the perfect juice for a cold, wet day! Refreshing and warming, with awesome immune boosting, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties to ward off any winter colds. Yay!

Sunshine Juice

  • Servings: 1 lucky person
  • Print


  • 2 big apples
  • 3 lemons, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric or thumb-sized piece fresh root
  • 200ml filtered water


  1. Juice the apples, lemons and turmeric root (if using).
  2. If using ground turmeric, briskly stir it into the juice.
  3. Add the water and pour into a glass.
  4. Simple as that! Very delicious and very, very good for you.
