Yummiest of yummy yummies! This tastes so decadent and yet is actually incredibly good for you. It’s also an amazing way to get reluctant kids to eat avocado!
Healthy chocolate mousse
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana (frozen is good)
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- Raw honey to taste (we add 2 tbsp)
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Decorate with fresh fruit or nuts. Simple as that!
Notes: You can vary this recipe. Try adding 1 tsp vanilla extract or substituting the banana for a mango. Either is delicious..
