The Nut Milk Bag

(and the brilliant for jams, jellies and syrups bag!)

The Juicer

A cold-press juicer retains more nutrients and goodness than a regular centrifugal juicer and can also press nuts, seeds, dried fruit and frozen fruit to make sorbets and raw energy bites. Kuvings also make great juicers.

The Blender

You can make do with a reasonably powerful blender, but a high-speed blender will change your life! There are some amazing high-speed blenders on the market that enable you to whizz ingredients in seconds (retaining more nutrients). The Vitamix Total Nutrition Centre is worth every single penny.

The Food Processor

A pretty essential bit of kit and brilliant for making raw energy bites, grating, chopping and slicing. Saves loads of time when you’re preparing meals for a busy family or lots of friends. I love my Magimix to bits. Slices the perfect root crisps!
